Day01 Enter China, drive Tourgat – Kashgar, approx. 170KM to Kashgar, approx. 3.5hrs.
In the morning we arrive in Tourgat port between China and Kyrgyzstan. Leading car and your guide will meet you at Chinese country border. Then escort you to cross approx. 110km no man land and then get to Tourgat border. Guide will assist for custom formalities etc. The procedure is complex and might take a lot of time. So you may leave the border in the late afternoon. Drive to Kashgar. 3N at 4*Barony Hotel Day02 Kashgar: we will assist for custom formalities and car check, obtain your temporary drive license and vehicle tag etc. Day03 Kashgar: city sightseeing. approx. 70km.
Our guide today will bring us to visit Kashgar includes the bazaar where many Uyghur people make business and the old city area of Kashgar, Id Kah Mosque and the Tomb of Abakh Hoja etc. Day04 Kashgar – Aksu: asphalt road, approx. 540km, approx. 8hrs. 1N at 3*Youyi Hotel Day05 Aksu – Kucha (= Kuqa): asphalt road, approx. 380km, approx. 6hrs. En route we will make an excursion to the Thousand Buddha Grottos (Caves) of Kizil. On arrival, visit Kucha Grand Mosque and the Watch Tower. 1N at 3*Kucha Hotel Day06 Kucha – Korla: asphalt road,, approx. 272km, approx. 5hrs. Appreciate Mogao Grottos, which is one of the greatest examples of Buddhist art, and symbol of East-West cultural exchange. Visit the Singing Sand Dunes and Crescent Spring Pool. Day11 Dunhuang – Jiayuguan: asphalt road and highway, approx. 373km, approx. 6hrs. Visit Jiayuguan Tower and Hanging Great Wall. 1N at 4*Huanyuan Hotel Day12 Jiayuguan – Zhangye (1483M): highway, approx.224km, approx.3hrs. On the way, view the mystery Danxia Landform. Then shipping on the Grand Canal and visit a silk factory. 1N at 4*Garden Hotel Day24 Suzhou - Water Town Zhujiajiao - Shanghai (160 km): highway. 1N at 4*Oriental Bund Oriental Hotel Day25 Shanghai: Visit Yu Garden (Yu Yuan), the old town , the "Bund" - the waterfront at the port of Shanghai and TV Tower. Day26. Shanghai shipment. Help during the customs clearance. Day27 Leave Shanghai and China: Departure from Shanghai.
